You're dealing with a ton of crap to get this MSCL dvd together, and I for one just want to say thank you. You've been unbelievably helpful, quick to respond, and upfront. I think I speak for most of the fans when I say we appreciate it. THANK YOU!

Thanks. Sometimes the mails are all upbeat, and sometimes there are doubts expressed, and sometimes there are angry emails. If you send out 2,800 copies of something, you just have to expect that varied response.

To me, this is the most important reason for posting updates as they become available. Until the product is completed and shipped, you are basically paying for a promise. Not only to deliver the product, but to deliver a quality product.

Lots of people will express opinions in the coming months leading up to the release. Hopefully, the signs of progress will allay some of their fears. I will post very regularly until the product is shipped. I will also continue to respond to all emails. (Getting a bit backlogged today, but I am writing back to all).
