Has anybody else NOT been billed the total amt yet??

Post by crimsonglowgurl » Nov 29th 2002, 3:01 pm

I was wondering if there was anyone else who ordered back in feb, WAS charged for the pre-order, NOT billed for the dvd's and has FAILED to receive a tracking number thus far???

My guess is that they bought some dope with your $20 and never placed your order, otherwise they would for sure have charged the balance, at least once.

If you haven't heard anything very soon, I'd seriously recommend ordering elsewhere and saving a lot of money and additional frustration. Ask your credit card company for a chargeback since you never received the discs.

It sounds like AU isn't sending them.

Yes, they should give you your money back as you never recieved the item. They will probably ask for you to send them some documentation, but that shouldn't be a problem, it can all be found on this website.

If you cancel with AU and they try to ship anyway, you can have that charge reversed too, but chances are if they haven't taken your money yet, they aren't sending a set either.

Thanks for the advice!!! You're right...time for me to start taking action *sigh* But at least I can be the master of my own destiny (that is, actually getting the dvds) instead of relying on AU.

Deep Discount DVD apparently has good pricing, and the sets are all over ebay for around $41US. Good luck!
