A question for MartinPierre?

Post by Sammi » Nov 16th 2002, 1:34 pm

I know that you have been in contact with Ross via phone and I was wondering if you get some information for the people stuck on the 2nd Wave of AU's MSCL delivery. Could you ask Ross when the 2nd wave is going to be shipped?

Good News:
The MSCL dvd's have arrived at the AU warehouse today from BMG!

But they've proven not to be trusted. They can't even get it through thier thick heads that AU is responsible for the double billings, and not the customers.

Martin Pierre, instead of acting as the voice of Rojek, why not just tell him to speak for himself- as he should have done all along. Sorry, but it's not really appropriate for you to act as intermediary here. In using you, Rojek is only further undermining the role that Jason has played from the start. If there is news to report then that wastrel Rojek needs to go through Jason to reach us, unless he has developed the balls to post here himself.

special_k,
I refused to act as an intermediary for AU. That was why I pulled myself and my company out of this. I don't think that Martin is hurting things at all, but I did think that he was being told what people would want to hear, most of which has been proven wrong by AU's subsequent actions.

Everytime I talk to Ross I suggest that he e-mail everybody or post on the board...

But we all know it will means more bickering against him so I don't think he is too keen on posting...

I called him a few times to no avail in the past few days. But I can't call all the time !

Well thanks for trying, but if you do try again and get a response I am sure all the people on the forum that are in the second wave would appreciate any information you could get for them. Oh by the way I remember in some of your previous posts Ross said that he would let you use your gift certificate now and include it with you order. Was that true, did you receive what you wanted when you received your DVD's?

I haven't received my DVDs yet : I am in Canada so in the second wave.

And no, I won't be getting my stuff since Ross said they were too big to fit in the box.

And this, in a nutshell, sums up the whole RR/AU debacle better than any other single post so far.

You'd think that for public relations purposes alone, Ross would send the stuff to someone he wants to use as his mouthpiece.

Indeed ! I even suggested it to him to ship me my DVDs directly from BMG, since he was then on the east cost...

Hey, all these long distance calls I paid had to be worth something ;-)
