Incidentally, while you are there, you might want to read some of the other posts. It is a very interesting site, and I think that a view of the investors will tell you about the company.

They think we are making up the customer service problems. I'd encourage you to share your problems with them.

Actually, it's according to our good friend, MartinPierre, in a few threads down. It was just pasted to RB without attribution, hence the confusion.
