automated response
automated responsei just sent another email to ross...and couple days ago i put in my cancellation through the dry grass site...and before that (before 10/16) i emailed ross about cancelling again...
and today right after i sent the email toross i got this repsonse from mike: "Mike McCullough has taken your problem out of the queue. This is usually a sign that it has been processed, however, Dry Grass Partners, LLC cannot control how the site is used. If this email is in response to a billing error, we recommend allowing 1-3 business days for the change to post. If it does not show up in this time, call 888-5-COMICS or call your credit card company. " did everyone get this same response?
Re: automated responseI got it, alright. It also came with a note from Mike: Cancel noted Refund in process 10/23/02 Which, I think, means I'll get my money back after A) numerous phone calls telling them I have not seen a credit (after an initial 7 business days of waiting) or B) Ross wins the Nobel Peace Prize. Might as well just slam my face into a brick wall and sue the building's owner. ![]() K "You're so beautiful it hurts to look at you."
