Over one week since last promised contact from AU.

Post by Jason R » Oct 21st 2002, 7:52 am

Last Monday, we were all supposed to be waiting for an important update that was promised, but like so many things promised by AU.com, it never arrived.

I know for a fact that Ross Rojek has been reading emails and posting on other message boards. It is not like he does not have access to this board. He is avoiding posting here because we have shed light on how his shady business operates.

I recommend canceling your order. Do not do business with someone who is not accountable for his actions and who cannot be trusted.

to cancel, you can call them at 888-5-COMICS. However, also be sure to report the cancellation request to http://www.drygrass.com/mscl. That way, if AU throws your request in the garbage, there will still be a log of your request.

If you have been double charged, TIME IS UP for AU to give you a refund. You don't have to wait any longer. Report them to http://www.ifccfbi.gov and cross reference my complaint: IFCC-I02101510303033. I have promised the IFCC full access to the Dry Grass site, email logs and other records in their investigation of AU.com.

I just filled in the IFCC form - don't know if they'll be interested in me as I'm not from the US, but we'll see what happens.
