It's 5pm in Sacremento; What Do We Know Now?

Post by MarkSWalker » Oct 16th 2002, 8:12 pm

Just what the header says: what do we know?
It sounds like Martin Pierre should know somthing in 90
minutes, correct? (Since 9:30EST is when he said he'd have
some information from BMG.)

Well, both my orders are now in step one of the dispute process.
Both of my non-debit card (thank goodness) orders have been found
by my credit card companies, and they are sending me out the dispute
forms, and understand that we might be dealing with a fraud
situation, since it now seems highly doubtful we will see the promised
lunchboxes.

So, AU has 7 days to show credits on BOTH of my credit cards
for on my two orders, W3208501 and W3209621,
before I start working on it as a fraud sitution.

(And I already know one credit card is finding "evidence" right
here in postings by Ross, and printing them out and putting them
in my "preparing for a fraud case" file their working on.)

I already cancelled via drygrass, sent Ross personal e-mails,
and confirred with Thomas at AU over the phone, so the ball
is in their court.

Yes, it is past 5pm PDT, but that means it is a bit past 8pm EDT so Martin's deadline is not for another hour or so.

It's interesting that everyone seems to have interpreted the "9:30 EST" to be 9:30 pm EST while I figured he meant 9:30 AM EST tomorrow.

Martin Pierre wrote:Unfortunatly for us, since everyone but the guys at the accounting department about this are leaving for the day, meaning we might only know about this tomorrow morning.

However, before they leave, payment should have been made, and
I will be called around 9h30 EST to confirm if payment was indeed received.
I assumed Martin meant 9:30 tonight because he said they would call him before they left.

But you know what they say about ASSuming.

Indeed, I am sorry for the confusion...

Fo me, 9h30 was clearly AM, not PM...
