Cancellation process

A lot of people are cancelling...so i decided to make a process of cancellation thread...to make sure people do the right things when they cancel...if anyone can think of anything to add here...post it here...and i'll change it.

1. Email Ross about cancelling. Make sure to tell him that he told us we would get our 20 dollar deposit back
2. Call Another Universe to confirm your cancellation
3. Make sure to get confirmation that you indeed cancelled
4. Call your credit card company telling them that you do not want to accept charges from Another Universe (CMI Holdings)
5. If you paid by check (like me), make sure to call your bank and discuss what you can do

So far, this is all i can think of...PLEASE add to this list...i'm sure there's other things...
