Help with the details

pghKenny and Jason mentioned how nice it would be for someone to create a generic letter that we could send to our credit card companys. That made me think that I ought to begin to gather some sort of evidence of my ordeal with AU. Does anyone have a record of the different ship dates and when they were first announced? Anyone still have copies of the generic emails that went out? I'm afraid that besided knowing when I placed my order and when I was charged I really know nothing more, I didn't think I needed to be "gathering evidence"...

Any help would be greatly appreciated. On another note, has anyone else become addicted to checking this message board continually

I have the following:

2/9- jasonR@mscl.com- announcement of set, no shipping date
2/19- jasonR@mscl.com- end of free shipping, no shipping date
3/12- jasonR@mscl.com- preorders end,
3/25- postmaster@anotheruniverse.com- need for full charge, shipping set to be 6/18
3/26- repeat of last email

An after that...nothing. Even though we had been promised updates, we were left out on our own to dry.

So, from what I've offically heard from AU, the dvd should have shipped in June.
