i need an advice

hello people !

I'm sure i'm not the only one here from overseas, im french and i ordered the dvds back in March. I was double charged in august and i'm trying very hard to get a refund since 2 months now.

So it seems i've got two options now :
1 - cancel my order without even knowing if i'll get my money back (almost 200 $) and loose the "potential" bonus disc - lunchbox thing etc. ...

2 - keep my order and pray for the refund + the dvds to come eventually one day.

i'm really confused... I'm willing to give AU a chance (because i'm not sure i get that refund if i cancel the order) but if this is totally hopeless, i prefer to know i've been stolen this money. i'd like to know what ppl think about that.

Sandrine, I had the same dilemma and in the end I decided to cancel because I had nothing to loose really. Right now, I didn't hear from Ross or Another Universe about my cancellation so that means that I have no idea if I will ever see my money back. I called VISA and they said they couldn't help me but they told me to call "Office de la protection des consommateurs" to see if they can file a complaint against Another Universe. I never had a problem with AU but the fact that right now Ross didn't get back to me and didn't cancel my order when I asked him to left me wiithout any trust in the company.

Ask yourself if the bonus disc and the lunchbox are really worth that much money! Anyway, all the people who cancelled their orders but didn't get a refund should get the DVDs if AU ever comes out with them.
