Am I Dreaming? I'm getting my money back?

Certainly the money isn't back yet, but can you believe this? After months off promises I might finally get my money back.

and for once AU did the right thing: I got my money (double charge, $115) back. Almost a wonder.

And due to floating exchange rates I even made some money

now I only hope that they'll begin shipping the DVDs on Friday and that they'll really produce the Bonus DVD...

Well-

I got a letter from one of my two credit card companies today,
and it looks like I am getting back $214.98. I don't know whether
this came from AU or my credit card company, but since the charges
where waaay back, I have to assume that my several (like 8 page)
FAX to my credit card company, detailing the whole nightmare, plus
the e-mail from Ross e-mailed me, saying he'd "...take care of it next week..." must have worked.
(That order had 3 charges: the intial $20.00 back in February,
the $79.99, in March, and then the "double-charge" in July.)

Now to find out about the other credit card company, because, while
the larger victory has been had, I am still out another $99.99 for
the other cancelled order.

(I also called the second credit card company, and told them the
my other credit card company was able to get my money back,
in case they are trying to wimp out on me.)
