As we don't have real reason to trust Jason or to trust Ross, I think it's better ask for information from a third party (out of this forum, by phone or email) like BMG or the lunchbox manufacturer.

Actually I have been watching this board since we placed our order back in Febuary. Not every single day mind you. But regularly. And just about every day for the past few months.

BMG doesn't seem to want to get involved with this. I emailed Larry Karpen, who is in charge of BMG special projects, to ask if AU will get the disks before Amazon. This is his respnonse:
It is my understanding that the MSCL DVD set will street shortly. As
for AU or Amazon, that is an issue I can not address. L-
