Hi, new member here - I pre-ordered & got a double-charg

Although I didn't know then it was a double-charge. I thought maybe my card was impromperly used or something. So I had called my credit card company and reported the misuse and so they cancelled the order. So what I'm asking is, if there is a way I can find out if my order is still going through or if I have to pre-order it again? Cause I really don't want to miss out on this order. I've always wanted the entire collection of MSCL since they don't play the reruns anymore, and my vhs copies of the series already went bad & I had to throw them out

If they reserved the transaction then you're probably not on the pre-order.

I'd order from Amazon personally - safer, faster and seemingly far more honest.

You are much better off ordering it from Amazon. It's just easier, and since your order is already cancelled with Another Universe, you're home free! On Amazon, it's half the price and you get free shipping. That is, unless you are willing to pay an extra $60 for a bonus disc and a lunchbox that aren't even completed. So many people have cancelled their orders with AU to get it from Amazon, a reliable company, and would love to be in your position. It's your decision. Just know that AU is not the only company offering the set.

like people have said...cancel your AU order...and go with amazon...u'll get it for so much cheaper...50-70 dollars cheaper. you get free shipping as well...

but wanted to find out what everyone else was doing. Personally, the whole situation stinks. I've been waiting like everyone else for the dvd's to come in. I've been obssesed with MSCL since the first time it ever aired on ABC - a brainless company - a nickname us General Hospital fans named ABC.

I'll most definately order through Amazon. Thanks for replying!!
