I really want..

Post by Jessica Popsicles » Oct 11th 2002, 11:36 pm

I really want to e-mail Ross and cancel but I'm afraid that I'll never get my money back even if they say they'll refund me.
This is really pathetic, people just keeping their order because they're afraid they won't get their refund.
It shouldn't be so hard to cancel a damn order.

Right now the lunchbox, the bonus disc, and all the extra stuff Ross promised the other day mean nothing to me.

Even if they do pay all the vendors soon I'm too worried about their being problems with things shipping out. Besides that all the stuff isn't shipping at once so that could get messier over time.

Buh, so I'm thinking that I do want to cancel, the only thing keeping me back is that I'm worried I won't get my money back. :x :x

Weellll, I just cancelled after having waited since February, coming to the conclusion that even if i don't get the money back, i at least know i'll have some peace of mind in not waiting for what looks like forever for all the supposed extras promised by Ross. Plus i also pre-ordered at Amazon, realising that all that's really important is the actual episodes rather than anything else. It is almost the perfect example of a double-edged sword, but i guess you have to decide what side you want to be cut. (or something).

Yeah, I think I'm just going to email him to cancel, and wait.
Besides I just read that someone said that by law they have to give you your money back within 30 days.
Hopefully thats true, but actually I just hope they give me my damn money back before 30 days.

I don't care about the extra stuff, at first I thought it was cool, but it was offered in the pre-order package anyway and I wasn't aware that other places would be selling the set so it was really like an only option.
Over time I realized I didn't care, the only thing that kept my order from being cancelled was that I didn't realize we were being lied to over and over and I actually thought that we would get our sets and that none of it was really AU's fault.

So, time to email Ross.
I feel better about spending my money at Amazon anyway..

Just finished my email and sent it off to Ross, now hopefully he will take care of it. I gave him any information that he might need including the exact date I ordered and the exact date they took my 20 out and then the remaining 79.98. Then any information that I got on my billing statement from them(I actually got one since I ordered something else from them at the time I ordered the MSCL set).

I wish I actually felt better about this whole thing but now I have to worry about when I'll get my money back.

Yeah, but I got a mail today from Ross (the fourth so far I think) claiming he would refund my overcharge - we'll see, but I'm certainly not holding my breath!!!

Yeah, I guess quite a few people are actually getting their money back now though.

I don't know, but if I don't see it credited to my card by the end of this week I will keep emailing him about it.
