Comment about Canceling Order

I have been thinking about canceling my order with AU for the past few days. I was worried that if I cancelled my order AU would without a doubt take their sweet time crediting back my account.

Because I ordered the set the very first day the pre-order was available I was afraid that if this situation presented itself...then I wouldn't be able to dispute the charge since it was 6 months old.

I called my credit card company today asking about this situation. They told me that IF an ordered is cancelled, the company has 30 days to credit the account. 30 days by LAW!!!!!!!

So if anyone cancels their order, AU HAS TO BY LAW, credit your account back within 30 days.

Of course, this situation has come up before with the overcharges. Hell, I ended up having to dispute the charge.

I haven't given up on AU yet...but if no progress has been made by the middle of the week then my order will be cancelled.

I thought I would share the information my credit card company gave me because I know a lot of people did the pre-order and are probably concerned about not getting their money back if cancelled.
