IMPORTANT: Info on AU's record with Better Business....

Post by pinkchimney » Oct 9th 2002, 5:44 pm

I was browsing around the Better Business Bureau's website and checked up on AnotherUniverse.com. The results were very interesting.

File a complaint with them to show your dissatifaction with AU.

Also, a few points to make....

This was supossed to be an AU exclusive. Somehow, Amazon is selling it too. That's fishy. Also, I was billed in april for the boxset and have had to pay interest on this damn thing.

I am cancelling my order and ordering through Amazon. Forget the bonus disk. it will surface on the net somewhere. Also, who cares about the luncbox? I am not paying an extra $60 for a lunchbox and Bonus disk done by people who aren't professionals at DVD authoring.

I recommend that people go through AMAZON. You'll get the boxset before the AU customers.

As for AU, thanks for the t-shirt thought. Too little too late if you ask me.
