Whats going on now?! anybody actually know

So its october now, i have no DVDs or my refund for being charged twice.

From my point of view AU have taken us all for a real ride, why don't we turn the tables? Surely someone has some legal knowledge or know some one who does?

We can't all sit around waiting for our dvds and 'blue peter' bonus disc (for those not in the UK, i mean do it yourself botched unprofessional disc).

As for the lunch box i reckon it willa rrive in time for my grandkids to use.

I am fed up with this lack of information, AU need their behinds kicked. If we didn't all club together and do the pre order thing AU wouldn't be making money out of distributing it to other amazon type places. I really believed this would be exclusive, but turns out that i have been sucked in to a promise that will never be delivered.

How can i get my money back?
