To AU and all its customers....

I hope that AU knows it's "Customer Service Week" (October 7 - 11). There are posters all over my college campus and every time I see them I'm reminded of the POOR customer service we all have been recieving from AU. But being the optomist that I am, I really really hope that AU pulls it together and gets these discs out to us, of course with some sort of compensation for our waiting, etc. Did anyone else know its Customer Service Week?

Did anyone else know its Customer Service Week?

Sorry to take your topic and twist it so that it's about as off topic as it gets, but: Does anyone know of a web site or anything that lists all these obscure "holidays" and special weeks, etc.? I love 'em. I was hooked once I noticed that "Spay Day U.S.A." spanned several days.

And since I was told my erroneous charges would be refunded today (I don't know whether they have been or not), I'm hoping that Customer Service Week isn't something one has to work at, like Spare The Air Day. I hope it's something magic that just happens by itself, like Friday the 13th. Well, you know... not actually like Friday the 13th, but you get my drift. Maybe.
