i needed the number again! i still haven't been charged...and now when i call another universe it takes me just to an automated voicemail...sigh i'll get through somehow!

Same here. Nothing but voicemail. Oh well, On monday I will call my bank and get the charges reversed, and I'll recommed that they turn this over to their fraud division, not just for the overcharge but for their refusal to fix the problem in an appropriate timeframe (more than 30 or 60 days and you can't dispute the charge).

Remember, folks, you have only a limited time to dispute those charges.

I can't even count how many times I've been charged now! This is ridiculous and I did everything I was told to do to fix the problem but it didn't work, not yet atleast!! - Jess Latham

Wow...that many times? You should cancel your credit card and contact your bank immediately.
