Yes, these DVDs are going to ship, and problems will be worked out by AU, but there is no need to continuously post things anonymously and pretend to be different people.

And yes, it does truly SUCK to be someone who had a problem with their order. There are many, many people who have had problems and, from what I can tell, a large number of them are still waiting for correction and/or notification. I don't really understand what the difference would be. I mean, there must be something I don't know, because the way I see it, whether the guy is registered or not, it's still just as anonymous isn't it? It's not as though you have to write your name and address along with each post or anything. (I am registered btw, under the name "Hollis" but I have had PW issues. )

The problem isn't that it's anonymous, it's that the same person has made dozens of posts as a guest under different names. If you have to register to post, half the people who come here just to cause trouble under guest names won't care enough to go to the trouble of registering, and that would do away with a significant amount of BS posts.

Also, on the problem logging in: I had the same problems for the past few weeks, but I believe it's fixed now, so I think you might be able to log in.
