AU international number not working

Tried calling AU from the UK to query my double charge but it keeps telling me the number is invalid - is it my phone or are they advertising the wrong number on their website?

Not that it will do any good judging by what some of you have said on your posts, but i figure i should try so when i do make a proper complaint i can say that ive exhausted all other angles.

AU if you're reading, its getting very boring being ignored, do something to keep us informed.

I'm from continental Europe and was double charged too. I called on Tuesday and the number workes just fine:

i have that number - better try ringing from a different phone.
