Questions concerning a MSCL DVD order? Please read.

Post by Jason R » Jul 10th 2002, 7:24 pm

Sometimes I feel like Bill Murray in Groundhog Day. Every day it's like I am posting the same thing. I'm afraid that sometimes it gets confusing for people to find out what is actually going on.

There is a lot of information in this DVD section. There is also a bunch of recently updated info at http://www.mscl.com/dvd. If it is not here, I will be happy to answer.

Now, if you have an actual problem with your order, (i.e.: not charged enough --believe it or not, I do get some emails about this--, charged too much, email address change, mailing address change, other DVD jitters) please email me. If you have your order number, it helps, but I can work with just the name of the person who ordered. I guarantee you will get a response from me. My email is jasonr@mscl.com

I am asking this because of a few things:

1) I cannot fix anonymously posted problems,
2) I cannot always figure out who you are from your handle on the forums
3) It is a better use of time to simply be able to get right to fixing the problem, giving me more time to focus on the DVD set itself.

If you email a problem to me and I don't fix it, feel free to flame me on this board, but I am confident that this will not be the case. I bought a whole bunch of wireless stuff so I can even read emails from the treadmill at the gym, on the train, and Gord Lacey from TVShowsOnDVD.com can attest to the fact that he was quite horrified to learn, while in LA with me, that I even read and respond while driving. (I cannot read the forum from my palm pilot, however).

That is all. Thanks for your patience. All I have to say is that you are all a hell of a lot more patient than I am.

Gord Lacey

Yes kids, it's scary!

As if the traffic isn't bad enough in LA, Jason was actually reading email on his cell phone while driving! See how much your emails mean to him? He's willing to put his life (and the lives of others) in jeopardy just so he can read your emails.

Gord (still alive)

And I can attest to the fact that Jason responds promptly, even if it is using text-based e-mail messenging like he describes. He's certainly on-the-ball with fast responses! :D
