I'll tell you what. I have been bugging BMG daily for both a firm ship date and a press release. You are more than welcome to join me in this quest. Their phone number is XXXXXXXXXX. Ask for XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX (ok, tell you what, I just took out his info because IMed him and the first thing he wrote was "still working on it." I'll give it a few more days, then it's fair game again) Tell him that the fans, and a large number of media outlets are waiting for official word from them.

I have been to BMG a number of times to work on various aspects of the project, I am going to LA tomorrow and will be visiting the authoring facility on Thursday. It is not a question of "if" it is a question of "when" -- when they get all of their gears working on this project. I have been shielding them from some of the calls and emails by answering for them, but maybe this is the wrong approach. Let your voice be heard, but be polite. Remember, they have already agreed to do the box set. We just want them to finish it already. If you can't be polite, then don't call them and email me instead at jasonr@mscl.com. Being rude to them will do nobody any good.

Remember, I am not asking you to call them, I am just saying that if you are getting antsy, you can put this antsiness to good, motivational use.

i'm dying to finally grasp this set between my grubby little claire danes lovin' mitts -- i've been checking my mail every day since the 18th and now i learn they're not even finished yet? the hell, the TOTURE! gaaah. i think i'm going to go nuts.


i've already sworn off my videos in anticipation of this dvd set -- i think that if by some chance i never receive mine in the mail that i'll never watch another episode as long as i live...it will be too painful to not have the entire collection to watch...how many years have i been waiting for those lost episodes?

ah well.
i guess another month can't hurt.

i have faith in jason as well...and even if there was a chance of being swindled here, i'd still take that chance; the offer is such an amazing one.

i guess i'm not worried so much as getting antsy...like a kid on christmas eve. i miss those lost episodes!


anyhow, thanks for the warm (re)welcome, K-man and Socalledfan -- it has been quite some time since i had visited the board, but as conversation seems to be picking up and since the dvds will soon be had by all, i think i will be visiting this board a bit more frequently. glad you both appreciate the screenname, btw. i have to admit, i'm pretty proud of it. it cracks me up everytime i say it out loud.
