It is an update about improving communications and order status info. Next week, I will be able to do more than just pass your emails along in some of the more unusual cases. I will have actual order status information, and will help everybody to resolve any problems they might have.

(I expect more emails than usual, so it may take a little longer, but I will still respond to each email personally).
