Question for Jason RE: cancelled orders & CC refundsQuestion for Jason RE: cancelled orders & CC refundsI cancelled my order by phone on October 17th. I don't know who I talked
to but he said I would be getting a credit to my credit card for "whatever I paid" which should be $99.98. Of course I haven't received a credit yet. I've talked to my credit card company and was told that the merchant has 30 days from the date of the call to process my credit. So I can't file a complaint with my credit card company until November 16th. Can you tell from your drygrass.com site if AU is processing the credits yet? Do you think I'm likely to get a credit before November 16th? Re: Question for Jason RE: cancelled orders & CC refundsAccording the latest survey, no.
According to what AU is telling customers, no. they are using (and admitting this!) "all available resources" to ship the product to those who have not cancelled their orders. Meanwhile, I also know that Wade and Thomas are not at work, and I certainly view them as "available resources." They could be processing refunds all day if Ross Rojek wanted it.
except for the fact that...Another Universe wrote in their email (the one where they say you are taken off the queue) that they would refund within 1-3 days. Try sending a copy of that email to your credit card company. If you need, I can post it / forward it to someone.
