I preordered back in march with everyone else, and they got the $20 deposit, but by the time they went to charge me for the $80, my credit card info had changed. i got an email, so i called and changed it. about a month ago, still not seeing the charge on my statement, i called again to see if there was another problem. i talked to wade, and apparently, the cc info had never been changed for some reason. it was still my old card. so i told him the new one (again) and he said it would take a couple days to go through. that was over a week ago, and i still haven't seen the charge. what should i do? now that everyone is getting theirs, i feel left out!

Order through Amazon.

It'll still probably be cheaper for you to chalk up the $20 as a loss, and get the set through amazon for around $60. You'll still come out ahead of what you'd get through AU. Plus, if AU ever does get around to charging you, it'll probably be for $115 (times however many times they feel like it).

Fight them to get your $20 back, cancel your order and get it through another company (any one is more trustworthy than another universe).
