I was told by my bank that I could file a comlaint with VISA about Au. They said if VISA got enough complaints, then they'd take away AU's ability to use credit cards. Which would effectively shut them down, which, I'm assuming, is what many of us want at this point (after getting our money back).

So here's the number I was given for VISA:
