Ross' E-mail undeliverable????

Is anyone else having a problem emailing ross for a cancellation? I keep getting my email returned saying it is undeliverable. What other way besides going to the Drygrass.com website can I cancel. thanks for the help.

ps: i am going kick Ross' ass if I ever meet him.

Off to amazon I go!
