I would like to be notified if and when anyone receives the MSCL DVD's from ANY distribution point. If ANY customer receives the DVD's before AU customers we have a civil and criminal case against AU and it's CEO Ross Rojek. If a case is filed as a result of this all of the questions regarding "funding" will be looked into. I find it EXTREMELY hard to believe that there has not been some maleficence on the part of AU's executive staff. Likewise, if AU neglects to produce ALL the three products promised (DVD, Lunchbox, and Bonus DVD) by mid-2003 when they lose the rights to said material, we also have a criminal case.
