i put in a complaint to the ifcc long ago, so that is done. so should i put my credit card stuff on this paper?

okay...so i finally got my refund form sent to me. on it, they ask for the credit card information. im not sure i really want to give it to them again, if you know what i mean. is it absolutely necessary to put it to get a refund? has anyone else done it and had no trouble? any help would be great. ...

has anyone else still not gotten a refund form from them yet? i sent the email back to them the day i got it with my info, but i have yet to see a refund form show up in the mail? any ideas on what i should do now?

i cancelled my order. i havent gotten a refund yet, but i will. thats all there is to it. im not taking this crap any longer. i will get my money back and they will be happy to give it to me damnit!!!

well, after lurking here reading the posts and waiting and waiting for something good to happen i finalyl said screw it, and cancelled my order today. the guy inb the line was telling me that i shouldtn cancel now cause it had to be soon that it was going to be done. i said i couldnt handle it anymo...
