I ordered from Amazon and had it delivered to my work, the post office guy came in and asked for the £12.15. I was expecting it as I've had it before when I've ordered something from Amazon in the US, although not always, so I to think it is random.

I am also in the UK and have the same problem not only do they owe me for an overcharge but also for the original set which I cancelled. I did however dispute it with my credit card and they can sort out the overcharge but no matter how much information I gave them have refused to do anything about ...

It seems this is the case, so we can use both Ross' forum comments and his e-mails as evidence, as it is still "written". The only other thing we need to look at is the terms and conditions on their wedsite for any lopholes there. I'm about to go and cancel my order but I will keep posting any advis...
