Received refund cheque in the UK

I received my refund cheque yesterday even though I'd requested a refund by some mechanism other than an American bank cheque. THe bank says it'll take 28 days to clear.

Thought others in the UK might want to know

Got my set (in UK)

Well, my set arrived from Amazon on Friday. For some reason UPS didn't demand any money at the door. Does anyone know if they invoice later for VAT?

Still waiting for a refund from AU though.
