Yeah I still have that DVD set. I didn’t hate them as much as other people seemingly did. I’m sure there’s a discussion about those in this forum somewhere, pretty sure I posted about it.

I’ve heard those rumors over the years as well. I think if there were scripts they would have appeared by now somewhere.

So for the first time in a couple of decades I decided to re watch the series in it entirety. I was nervous that it would not age, or rather I did not age well and the wonder of the show would be lost. My concerns were unfounded. I finally just saw Juno. Saw the same scene, and as soon as I heard the part about Tino and the drums, I KNEW it was a MSCL shout out (as the kids say).

Glad someone else noticed it as well. Made the movie for me.
