Unfortunately since the dvds were already in their way they couldn't change the shipping address but they told me that if i couldn't get to my old addy to get them then they'll be sent to the UPS shop nearby which happens to be right on the street corner for my new home. i called the free informatio...

*news flash*... the UPS website is telling me that the package is not on their hands right now, but when i called the paris offices to change my shipping adress they confirmed that it was 'in transit' between usa and france so the website may not be exactly up-to-date. I'll tell you all if it arrive...

I just receive my tracking number and i'm in France... i'll let you know if the package finally get to me...

i've been doublecharged, and i can't phone since i'm in France, i wrote several emails but never got answered, so i know my problem is processed, but i still don't know when i'm supposed to get a refund. I'm sad about this... but happy to get the dvd (well i'm still waiting but i'm still confident ....
