I'm about to send an email to ross to cancel my order, Should I send it to anyone else ?? And should I fill out the form on the dygrass site also ??

When I noticed the double charge. I called my credit card company right away. I also called au and talked to Wade to make sure my order was still fine and he said that it was. Thats how I got my money back.

But now I'm confused by all the posts on here, should I cancel, keep waiting, etc.

I found that I had been double charge on Friday after AU was closed. But I had the credit card company stop the 2nd payment. So today (Monday) I called AU and talked to Wade. Wade informed me that if I had not called him and mention to him that I stopped the 2nd charge, then my order would have been...

I tried to use the ivisit thingy too. But I couldn't get it to open, it would keep freezing.

This is my 1st post, WooHoo. Anyways, Just wanted to give you some support and say Thanks for all the hard work you are doing. Thanks for the updates on the DVD Marathon too.
