ok yeah...they cancelled my order but charged me, and when I call to fix the situation, or send a customer request, it's never answered or I get the voice mail. So....seriously. Who has gotten their shipment?

They sent me an email saying that I had cancelled my order. I filled out a customer service form saying Idid not cancel my order and I wanted to make sure I would get what Iwas charged for.
