I called AU today to check on my credit back and I spoke with Ross himself!! I could not belive he actually ansewred the phone. I asked when my money would be credited back to my account...and he was VERY rude with me. He said he wasnt' sure and an email would go out stating a timeframe. I told him ...

I emailed him yesterday and I got an "auto response" saying that he was out of town and would be back in the office Monday.

It seems to me that this messege from Ross....(saying everything will ship within a few days) is just a tactic to get people NOT to cancel. I'm sure he knows very well that Jason has suggested a deadline of Wednesday at 5 Pacific. Perhaps, he is just trying to "by some time" so some might believe hi...

Well, its nice to know that someone has been getting reply's from Ross. I've emailed him twice this week and have yet to get an ansewer!

I just cancelled my order with AU today and I've already pre-ordered from Amazon. To me the lunchbox and bonus disc don't sound too great. I imagine the box will be a cheap tin quality. Do you think you'll be able to get some word to us by Monday night of wheather the meeting took place and if BMG got paid or not?

That way those who have not yet cancelled our orders will be able to do so knowing that Monday turned out to be another uneventful day!
