I have heard nothing recently from AU about my order...i have no tracking number.....my morder is going to Baltimore!!!!
i will continue to wait as always., im a pro at that now!!!

so it would seem that trying to cancel is just as much a problem as getting a refund or the bloody disks.
so i think i will wait to see what materialises.....

Having not checked this site very much recently and then finding out that Jason had stopped dealing with AU, that other companies are selling the DVDs and that AU expects to have the sets ready soon (again), i am slightly confused. :? I still want my order but dont know whether to get it from somewh...

Well, i tried that other email address for Ross that Jason gave, didnt hear a thing. So i called the cc company and no refund. Its now in their hands to chase AU for the money.

I will take it further if i have to!

Tried calling AU from the UK to query my double charge but it keeps telling me the number is invalid - is it my phone or are they advertising the wrong number on their website?
