I am also having problems in the UK.

Not apparently overcharged (yet!) but I got the cancellation
email, which I dont want.

No response to emails, or customer form, and I refuse to call
an international phone number. It has been almost a month
now without response to my emails.

I'm with Ken on this But it's very inconvient for me to call them since I'm in Australia. Would there be some other way of reversing the charges on orders that's been cancelled? An international phonecall is just not an acceptable method for us to deal with AU's mistakes. Perhaps they could set up s...

I have had the same problem with them deciding for no reason to cancel my order. I have tried emailling them twice, and submitting a customer problem form, but no reply! I dont really want to have to make an international phone call from the UK to sort out their problems, will the price of this call...

I bet it will be easier, and less hassle to cancel AU orders, and wait to buy from Ebay.
