Chase House?

I know the series were shot in LA but I wonder if the house that served for the first episode still exists and especially-- Where is it? Does anybody know? :roll:

There are already several existing topics about the Chase house here, here, here, and here. There are also pictures of the real house used in the encyclopedia, but we do not have the exact location.
