Rayanne...Wild Child?
Rayanne...Wild Child?Rayanne always dressed kinda crazy and her hair was always pretty wild. I noticed that as te show goes on her outfits and hair get a little bit more out there. Especially when she is at her low poins like when she OD's. I know she is dressed up for a party, but it seems to symbolize how out of control she is. After the Episode betrayal her hair has orange streaks in it and she is basicly falling apart feeling like she has no friends. It just seems that her hair and clothing seem to somewhat represent how in control her life is. Let me know what you think.
This life has been a test, if it had been an actual life, you would have been given instructions on where to go and what to do
Tigerlilly, I've always thought the same thing.
I also like the fact that whenever Rayanne's had a 'crisis', such as the day after she slept with Jordan in "Betrayal", the make-up artists obviously didn't fuss with her hair that much, she just wears it loose and is just wearing those plain dungarees, and also in "On the Wagon" (the day ater the vertigo saga), she just has her hair loosely tied back and looks like she'd just thrown on whatever clothes she could find.
There is a lot of discussion about Rayanne's hair (as well as other characters' - like Angela's and Patty's) in the hair as a metaphor thread.
