First you say:

contrary to popular opinion, I have been here throughout all the drama. I've read hundreds of posts on this forum, and I UNDERSTAND what happened with this whole catastrophe of the making of the MSCL DVD set.

but then you say:

If you have been reading all these posts for months, then you would have seen the first, second, third, and lord knows hundredth time that people told their double/triple overcharge stories and how they were jerked around by AU and the CC companies.

I hate when people on this forum jump down your throat as soon as you ask a question.

And I hate it when people ask the same questions over and over - questions that have been addressed and discussed in multiple threads over the past few months.

It's like being forced to relive the nightmare. Actually that is incorrect. The nightmare hasn't ended yet, so I can't possibly relive it.

I am not trying to pick on you Eve, but if you (and other members) use the search function for this forum, you will probably find a lot of posts about what happened when people were initially double/triple charged. They got mad. They called AU. They called their credit card companies. They complained here.

And to answer your query about "how all of these problems got started from the beginning," two words: another universe.

Or two words: internet fraud.

There is nothing to understand about how these problems got started because we, as customers, don't have those answers.

I think i figured out why they are stalling.

Ross figures that within enough time all of us will kill each other with the inside bickering and then there will be no one left to ask for their money back.

We have a difference of opinion, and I don't have the energy or the time to sit here defending every sentence I wrote. I have to get back to studying for a Medieval art Midterm.
Candygirl, I've enjoyed reading your posts in the past, you've always had something interesting or funny to say, so I hope we can just forget about all of this and move on. I got quite a few answers for my question, but for some reason I offended you, and for that I'm sorry.
I think a time out would be a good idea.
