Letter from my Congresswoman

Now, I know my Congresswoman probably can't do anything about it, but it doesn't hurt to let them know about this. AU's actions have been absolutely terrible, and NOBODY can dispute the fact that double charging customers and then having not returned the money in 3 months is illegal.

So I've written just about everyone I can think of concerning this. Today, I got a letter back from my congresswoman (I've taken out personal information, cause its not nice to share it over the open internet without permission):

I don't care about passed deadlines, non-payment to companies, etc. Those aren't for me to deal with. I do care about being lied to as a customer, people being double/triple charged, and then not being able to get any of their money back. I think AU should have to deal with consequences for their actions, and so far, I beleive the only ones feeling the consequences are thier customers. I will persue this whenever I can.

I hope Ross has as much fun dealing with the 20+ agencies/people I've reported his fraud to as we've had dealing with his and AU's s**t.

"What goes around, comes around." Even if I have to spend a few hours working as the catalyst for that to happen...it'll happen eventually.
