Has anyone tried to cancel this week and actually succeeded? (Or had any kind of contact in response?) My various attempts (email, Drygrass form) have gone unacknowledged and I'm wondering if anyone's had better luck and by what method. So much for cancellation as a means of freeing up the time I spend trying to figure out what's going on with this...
