I'm desperate for an update on the DVD!

I was wondering about a few things regarding the DVD's:
1) Has BMG finished putting them in their covers?

2) Are they boxed up and ready to be shipped?

3) Does BMG know which company(ies) they will be sending the
first shipment to?

Any information and I mean anything, even the smallest scrap, would appreciated.

At this point I don't think it matters too much if BMG has finished the covers and/or has the DVDs ready for shipment. If AU does not pay BMG, AU doesn't get the discs. End of story. Instead, the DVDs will go out to the other retailers (IE Amazon).
