cancelled orderI don't blame anyone for having their doubts. I still want to believe that I am just the most paranoid person, making a big deal out of nothing.
However, it just does not look good. I really cannot comprehend it, though. You can sell a DVD box set at a massive profit, and build an ongoing business selling more, similar exclusive box sets. Why abscond with the money and place your business and freedom in jeopardy? The only explanation I can think of is that perhaps he was so sure that he would line up another DVD project that he spent the cash for this project. When the other project failed to materialized, he found himself in a cash crunch. Either that, or his motives were much darker. I have been getting angry emails from people claiming to be investors in his company, but I don't understand why they would support someone who might be hiding "what could have been legitimate earnings" from his shareholders.
