? for those leaving AU and going with Amazon

I was one of the lucky ones that were only charged once but am SERIOUSLY considering cancelling my order and going to Amazon.

For those that have already done this, are you getting a FULL refund or do they still get to keep your $20 deposit. Iknow that they said it was non-refundable but after all of this crap you'd think they'd give us a break!

Either way, are they quick to refund cancelled orders? I don't wait a year to get refunded.

i was also wondering if we do get the set and decide ot return it...is it returnable?

according to AU's customer charter you can return stuff within 30 days for a FULL refund.

Which I am personally hoping everyone does.
