Two weeks ago, I'd filled in the customer service form, informing AU that I was not fully charged and asked AU to confirm my order. I was charged quickly just after a few hours after I submit the form :shock: . However, they don't even write me a word to confirm my order or reply me by email until now. I can tell you that they hired enough people to deal with service emails to charge us money. Their response in charging money is extremely fast! But they just don't bother reply us or refund when we're double charged, they only do this when they have the mood to do so. I appreciate that Gord is just a helper or cover for Jason, but AU is really suck! See how helpless we are when Jason's not here..... :?

Hello I work for AnotherUniverse.com hence my user name.

I have been trying all week to get every one taken care of and the problems fixed as fast as we can. The reason orders get processed so fast and charged right away is because it is an automated system. The orders come in and then the computer handles the rest.

It is in that process that it appears the problems with double charges and everything else have occured. All anyone atthe office has been doing the last few weeks is fixing these problems. We know an error on our end has occured and are working to fix it as fast as we can. No one is ignoring the emails that come in, they are being handled as fast as they can.

I myself all week have been trying to get people taken care of. I have worked on my days off and even when I have been at home after hours. I am not the owner, I do not get a cut of this project, I am just an employee for the company trying to help our customers the best I can.

I understand why everyone is so mad, I would be to.

I wake up in the morning to emails yelling at me and I go to go to bed just after reading a few other emails yelling at me. The time inbetween I spend trying to fix the problems. They are being worked on. They are being taken care of. We are doing are best to get the problems sorted out and the DVDs in your hands by the September 17th 2002 release date.

If you still have a problem please use both the customer service form that Gord has set up and email mike@anotheruniverse.com. That way you cover all your bases and can be taken care of as fast as possible.

Justin, sorry if my previous mail hurt anyone, but I wrote it that way was because I wanna express my little bit anger, because I think I at least I deserve a reply to confirm my order if I'm charged. I believe that to confirm my order via email by a few words won't consume AU's employee much time, isn't it? Why AU's employee takes time to charge me but can't take time to reply me?
