NO CONFIRMATION YET!!

I pre-ordered the DVD boxed set...and i STILL have NOT gotten a confirmation!!! has anyone else run into this problem???? It's been over a month! I'm getting really...sketched out by this whole thing. I want my dvd...but i really don't want to be ripped off...good thing I didn't pay by credit card! I paid with a check...i'm kind of wishing I paid with money order now.....

Because if this poster reads his/her email, he/she will see that I responded to to her email within about 20 minutes of receiving it. BTW, it would have helped if you told me you paid by check.

Note: Only posting here too because 1) a public complaint deserves a public response 2)The person has a hotmail account, and it seems that many of my emails to hotmail are not being received.

this is because:
1) you are over the hotmail 2mb memory quota
2) the spam filter is filtering my emails.

i'm sorry i didn't mean to sound abrupt or anything...i was just worried about the dvd and was wondering if anyone else was having troubles...i pretty much wrote the post and the email around the same time...i think i posted it first and then i read the dvd news stuff and then did the whole ja5onrobot thing...and emailed. i'm just worried cuz i haven't gotten an order number or anything...i wrote an email back to you about it...thanks!
