Another bonus disk maybe?

Money is money.. my point is that if AU was going to pull a fast one, they probably would have done it before handing over cash on the discs and tin lunchbox. I see AU attempting to make good on its deal. And for this reason am fairly confident that we'll see the bonus disc from AU.

And for all who have placed an order or two with AU and are on the fence as to what to do, I see your options as follows:

1. call in your cancellation. You will not get discs, box or bonus and expect to fight hard for your money. Basically you stand to lose everything.

2. (those who have one order pending) Stay put as I have. We are getting the discs (AU receives discs today or Monday), the lunch box which will be really nice to have and by my calculation, the bonus disc .

3. (those who have more than one order pending) Stay put - get everything and fight hard for your money.

I really admire your courage and patience, seriously, in hanging in with AU for the dream of DVDs, Bonus Disc and lunchbox. How much more are you willing to wait? A month, six months, a year?

How are you gonna be coping in November when this forum lights up with people talking about how they just got their set from Amazon or Best Buy. Mephisto I pre ordered back in February, didn't you do the same? I am tired of waiting and pinning my hopes on AU's promises. I ordered with a buddy of mine through Pay pal. This was his account. He is so disgusted with the AU hassle that he doesn't care if he gets his money back, he is going with Amazon too. I would love to get the bonus disc and lunchbox, but I'd rather go with a known and reliable retailer like Amazon and know I am going to get the discs.

What about purchasing the bonus disk/lunchbox through ebay? That is, if and when AU ships it out? That way, you could still go with Amazon or another reputable company, and not miss out on the extras.

I love the idea of e-mailing grafik.com. Question: If we are asking them to release some bonus discs for fans to buy, are we then going to buy them directly from grafik? Or do you want us to suggest that they get another retailer (Amazon-?) for us to buy from. I am not clear on this point. I really would love the the bonus disc and lunchbox, but I don't want to get it through AU.

Also I went to http://www.grafik.com and did not see AU listed as one of the companies they are doing business with. What is up with that?

actually I hope to get the DVDs very soon. As far as we know from Jason and AU, BMG will send the DVDs to AU these days. So there is at least the chance that AU doesn't f*** up the shipping part...

in the end I may have paid $30 too much. But I can live with that. I spent that money in February and March. I neither have the time nor the energy to be angry about that. (Of course AU has done everything to sabotage this project, including the double charges, and I'm mad about this part...).

seems also that I will get a lunchbox I don't really need for this extra $30. But I stick with them just because I hope that I'm getting the bonus DVD and because I don't care enough to go through the cancellation process

and just to say it once more: no problem if everyone else has the possiblity to get the bonus DVD. But keep in mind that talking to Bedford Falls might not be the best idea. Perhaps they'll refuse to give the rights for the interviews to anybody, perhaps they'll refuse the rights to AU. And AU customers would be once more the idiots, just paying $30 more and sticking with that fucked up company for nothing

well in my opinion this so called bonus dvd isnt gonna have much on it.in the last mass email that AU sent out on 10/25/02 they gave a small description of what is going to be on the 6th disk and it sounds to me like its just interviews with the producers or creators.I was hoping it had interviews with the actors.

also, if anyone else got that mass email the other day....it was about the cancellations that they were getting,and was basically begging us to uncancel our order.BUT I didnt see anywhere in the email about when we will be getting our refund.So we probably arent!!!!!
